Agreement
These terms govern access to Giga Rental System (“GRS”, “we”, “us”) — the marketing site, the product, and related services. By creating an account, booking a demo, or using GRS, you agree to them. If you use GRS on behalf of a company, you represent that you can bind that company.
The service
GRS is software for rental businesses: websites, booking, inventory, delivery, marketing, and payments. We may improve, add, or retire features. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Accounts
You are responsible for the people you invite, the accuracy of account information, and keeping credentials confidential. Notify us promptly if you believe an account has been compromised. We may suspend access to protect the platform, other customers, or the public.
Tenant storefronts
Operators use GRS to run their own rental storefronts. You are responsible for your catalog, pricing, policies, customer communications, and any personal data you collect from your renters. GRS processes that data on your instructions as described in our Privacy policy.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service: no unauthorized access, scraping that degrades the platform, malware, spam, or using GRS to break the law. Do not resell the product except through a written partner agreement.
Fees and billing
Paid plans are billed according to the plan you select. Fees are exclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise. Failed payments may pause access. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless your order form says otherwise.
Intellectual property
GRS and its trademarks, software, and documentation stay ours. You keep ownership of your catalog, content, and customer data. You grant us a limited license to host and display that content solely to provide the service.
Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, GRS is not liable for lost profits, lost bookings, or indirect damages. Our aggregate liability for a claim is limited to the fees you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim.
Termination
You may stop using GRS at any time. We may terminate or suspend the service for material breach, non-payment, or to protect the platform. After termination we will delete or return tenant data according to your plan and our retention rules, except where we must keep records for legal or security reasons.
Changes
We may update these terms. The “Updated” date on this page will change when we do. Continued use after a material change means you accept the new terms.
